-Science Expectations
6th Grade
• You will need 2 composition notebooks , glue stick, colored pencils, a highlighter, earbuds/headphones, dry erase markers and an accordion folder, (you will use this for other classes as well to in order to hold any worksheets/papers).
• One composition book will contain your notes, lab sheets and important documents. The other composition book will be used for our "I Wonder Why" entries.
• If you are absent, YOU are responsible to get the notes/lab results etc from a classmate or Mrs. Gang.
• The notes you will take should be written/copied clearly. I need to be able to read your notes when I collect your composition books for evaluation, (grading).
• Homework is given to help you practice concepts and skills and will be assigned as needed.
• Only Science work should be kept in the composition books. Do not put other subjects in your Science composition books.
• Homework needs to be ready to turn in at the beginning of the class period.
• Utilize Mrs. Gang’s website and Google Classrooms often to keep up-to-date with class resources, links, and assignment deadlines.
